Foundation first (month 1–2)
Fix website conversion paths, tracking, and Google Business Profile before scaling ads. Otherwise you pay to send traffic to a leaky bucket.
Split guidelines
- Local services: heavier on SEO + GBP; modest Google Ads for high-intent keywords
- Ecommerce: product feeds, Meta retargeting, and landing page tests
- B2B: LinkedIn, case studies, and long-form service pages
