Payment Terms

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Cancellations before work begins may receive up to 75% refund
• Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days
• Completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable

Training Courses

• Full refund available if cancelled 7+ days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before start date
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of start date
• Course transfers may be permitted with 50% transfer fee

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Projects

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered product
• Creative Web Solutions retains rights to reusable code, libraries, and frameworks used
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
• Any third-party licenses or components remain property of their respective owners

Training Materials

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure all content and materials are legally owned or licensed
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
• Maintain backup copies of all delivered work
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

Prohibited Uses

• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Termination

Either party may terminate agreements under the following conditions:

• By Client: With written notice; payment required for work completed
• By Creative Web Solutions: For non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior
• Immediate Termination: For illegal activities or severe violations
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due

Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation
• Jurisdiction: Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Zirakpur, Punjab, India
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by Indian law
